Issue of Shares

Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global nanomaterials group, announces that the first tranche of the £3.26 million strategic investment from its recently announced agreement with Everpower International Holdings Co. Ltd ('Everpower') on 3 February 2017 , equivalent to approximately £160,000 has now been received by Haydale.

Accordingly, application has been made for 95,684 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Tranche 1 Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission expected to occur on or around 23 February 2017 ('Admission'). The Tranche 1 Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 17,545,067 Ordinary Shares and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
