Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, has agreed a $200,000 loan (the "Loan")  from the US Small Business Administration  (the "SBA").

The Loan will be drawdown immediately.  Loan repayments, including interest and principal, will be payable in equal instalments and will commence 18 months after the initial drawdown and be paid over a period of thirty (30) years from the date of the SBA Loan.  The Loan attracts an interest rate of 3.75% per annum.  The Company has signed the standard SBA Loan agreement.

The working capital facility with United Commercial Bank, which was secured on a combination of fixed assets, inventory and accounts receivable has been closed.
