Further to the announcement of 21 December 2018, Haydale confirms that the 1,250,000 new ordinary shares of 2p ("Ordinary Shares") issued in respect of a direct subscription for £250,000 will be admitted to trading on AIM on 9 January 2019.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will be 28,578,773 Ordinary Shares. This figure of 28,578,773 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
