Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials and clean-tech company focused on deploying energy and water-efficient technologies at scale confirms that, in accordance with the provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA, its issued share capital comprises 7,774,709,099 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). All Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
