Result of General Meeting, Issue of Equity and TVR

Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Consequently, following the Company's announcements on 26 October 2017 and 10 October 2017, the Company has issued and allotted 7,731,060 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Fundraising, conditional on Admission (as defined below).

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 30 October 2017 and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at that time. The 7,731,060 New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 27,328,773 Ordinary Shares and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
